Patio style doors and large panoramic windows ensure a light and airy feel to the lounge area, which features sculptured seating that converts into a double bed. There is also a gas fire and a family eating area around a drop leaf table. A TV, CD player and a compendium of games are available for your use. The galley style kitchen boasts a gas oven and hob, fridge with freezer compartment and a comprehensive range of crockery and other kitchen utensils. There are 3 bedrooms; the main bedroom features a double bed, fitted wardrobe, mirror, electric shaver point and cupboard space. The second bedroom has two single beds, one of which can be fitted with a cot side, fitted wardrobe and mirror. It also has a drop down bunk bed, which is suitable for a small child. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds, which can be combined to give a good size double. The bathroom contains a shower, wash basin and mirror. There is a separate WC with hand wash basin. Outside there is a decking area with a table, chairs and BBQ. There are also 2 sun loungers and a parasol, so you can relax with a glass of wine whilst your meal sizzles gently on the BBQ.

  • All prices are quoted in £ sterling.

  • A non refundable deposit of £100.00 is required to secure booking.

  • All bookings made 6 weeks or less from date of holiday to be paid in full at time of booking.

  • A refundable damage deposit of £100.00 to be paid a the same time as the final balance.

  • Check in to the home will be available from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival.

  • Check out from the home will be 10.00 am on the day of departure.
